This form allows a joining agent (realty, commercial, or referral) to designate one agent as their Fully Qualifying Agent (FLQA) and another as their sponsor. An FLQA Sponsor at eXp Realty is an active agent who has recruited another agent to the company and receives FLQA credit for that recruitment. To formalize the FLQA relationship, all three parties—the new agent, the sponsor, and the FLQA Sponsor—must sign an ICA Addendum provided by the Growth team during onboarding or within 90 days of the new agent’s start date. Once completed, this addendum establishes the FLQA relationship within eXp Realty’s systems.
